Additional harvest products already on your farm. Our seed cleaning support vehicles are usually carrying items of harvest equipment that you may find you need at short notice. Moisture meters, grain sampling bags, insect pitfall traps and hectoliter weighers. If it is not on the van we can usually get it to you the next day. If you need a Hot Spot Spear, Polycool Pedestal or additional fan unit we can bring them to you as well.
Mobile seed processing should be a simple process that involves good initial communication between farmer and processor to ensure that the whole operation passes as seamlessly as possible. We make this our priority.
Bulk Cleaning Service
If your harvested crop fails to live up to the expectations of the buyer then we can provide a solution with one of our three types of bulk cleaning machines.
For example we can:
- Reduce screenings in malting barley
- Improve hagbergs in milling wheat
- Screen out weed seeds from beans
- Reduce admixture in OSR
We can even hire you one of our basic Pre- Cleaners so that you can have it on farm to process your crops as you need to.
If we don’t have the solution to hand then we will use our network of contacts within the industry to find a processor who can provide you with the answer to your problem whatever it is.
Having spent so many years working with cleaning and grading systems on our own plant, in particular Law Denis and Sangatti Berga, we are well placed to offer advice should you be considering a processing line of your own. We can help source second hand or new machines (we are the UK importers for Sangatti Berga products from Italy) or we can offer advice on how to maximize output and grading of existing equipment on your farm.
