How it works
Using one of our mobile, 5 stage processing units to screen and grade the crop to:
- Reduce screenings in malting barley.
- Screen out weed seeds.
- Improve the hectolitre weight of wheat.
- Reduce admixture in OSR.
- Prepare crops prior to entering the food chain.
- Grain quality can be monitored as the grain is processed and adjusted as the sample changes.
- An 8m long, high level, belt elevator is also available to convey grain into trailers or intake pits
- A continuous supply of grain to the machine ensures maximum efficiency and quality of sample.
- Jobs are charged by the hour with a realistic indicative cost given before we begin.
